The platform 103.by, which belongs to Hi-Tech Park resident ARTOX, invited investments from Bank BelVEB. The amount of funding was $3 million.

ARTOX plans to use the funds to expand the functionality of the 103-Digital Health Ecosystem (DHE) platform. 103.by updated version allows people to make an appointment with a doctor online, use telemedicine, buy remedies, interpret test results and take out insurance. The company will pay special attention to the development of preventive medicine.

Monthly 6.5 million people in Belarus visit 103.by. The project becomes more and more popular in the markets of Kazakhstan (103.kz), Ukraine (103.ua) and Russia (103.рф). The service unites profiles of healthcare centers and doctors, includes options for online appointments and searching for medicine in pharmacies, and contains expert healthcare content. More than 10 million users visit the platform every month.

This kind of transaction was first and unique in the banking sector of Belarus. The funds were invested in the intellectual property, property rights to trademarks.
