Crypto Bridge Forum. Hi-Tech Park – an effective regulation of IT and crypto sphere

The first international Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Forum "Crypto Bridge" took place in Minsk. This is a unique platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience between entrepreneurs, investors, IT specialists, analysts and developers. The main crypto event of the year gathered more than 2000 participants from 20 countries, including representatives of Hi-Tech Park resident companies. 

The participants immersed themselves in many topics of the crypto sphere, the main ones being blockchain technologies, mining, fintech and banking, artificial intelligence, information security, regulation and legal aspects of crypto business, auditing of companies and projects, startups and investments.

In the "Regulation" section, Kirill Zalessky, Deputy Director of Hi-Tech Park Belarus, made a presentation "Hi-Tech Park - a hub, where talented projects are created. The sphere of regulation in the blockchain industry" and spoke about the current legal regime, types of activities in the sphere of token circulation according to Decree No. 8 "On the development of digital economy" and requirements for them. 

Kirill Zalessky also took part in the panel discussion "Ideal environment for the blockchain industry development". "Currently, in accordance with the Presidential Decree No. 80, we are elaborating a concept to give the sphere of tokens a new impetus. This work involves all market players. We expect to make an upgrade of the regulation in accordance with the best available examples in legal practice and international experience," he said.
