IBA presents T-pay in Brest

26 May 2021

Hi-Tech Park resident IBA is launching T-pay in Brest. T-pay is a fare payment system in transport using application or telegram bot. The innovation will become available in July 2021 and will be first piloted in city buses and trolleybuses.

Last year T-Pay was launched in Gomel. Users can pay fare using any banking mobile application with E-POS service function in UPIS. The QR codes and IDs, placed in transport, must be scanned and sent to the bot, after that the number of tickets should be selected and transport fare paid.

As a result, a passenger receives a ticket, validity of which is controlled by an automated dispatch control system developed by IBA. The T-Pay payment service is directly connected to it.

For payment control it is enough to show the QR code with the ticket to the inspector.

IBA IT Park joined Hi-Tech Park in 2007. The company is the leading R&D center of the international holding IBA Group, one of the largest system integrators, developers and suppliers of information technology in Central and Eastern Europe. The company's portfolio includes over 2 thousand projects for customers from more than 40 countries.
