In accordance with clause 3 of the Regulations on the Park of High Technologies, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus, that is, residents of the Republic of Belarus, can be registered as HTP residents. If a foreign company wants to operate in the HTP, it can create (establish) in the manner prescribed by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated January 16, 2009 No. 1 "On state registration and liquidation (termination of activities) of business entities", a legal entity in Republic of Belarus. The created legal entity can apply for registration as a resident of the HTP, provided that it observes all the requirements of the Regulations on the Park of High Technologies.
