Any company operating in the sphere of computer-based technologies can apply for residency within the HTP and benefit from tax-incentives and other advantages it provides.
There is no limitation as to the type of the business entity or the form of the company ownership. It means that a company with 100% foreign capital can become a resident of the Hi Tech Park.
It doesn’t matter whether the resident company is export-oriented or fully domestic-market oriented.
In compliance with the exterritorial principle of registration of resident companies, the legal conditions of the Hi-Tech Park are valid within the whole territory of the Republic of Belarus. This means that registration as an HTP resident is not limited by the place of the company’s location and registration within the country’s borders.
But only legal entities of the Republic of Belarus can be registered as residents of Belarus Hi-Tech Park.
HTP is not an offshore zone, therefore admission to HTP is application-based. For becoming a resident you need to provide the Hi-Tech Park Administration with the following package of documents:
1. Application for registration;
2. Copies of articles of association and the state certificate of registration as a legal entity;
3. Business-project.
If you would like to become a resident of our Hi-Tech Park, please contact our Marketing Department for assistance:
