On February 18, the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics will host the final of the Belarus Science and Engineering Fair 2017 (BelSEF 2017).
BelSEF is the national science and engineering competition for students (age 13-18) which is held annually in the form of an open exhibition of scientific projects. The contest is aimed at promoting scientific research activities among high school students and developing their creativity and interest in the study of mathematics, physics and computer science, among others.
From 14:00 to 17:00, finalists' exhibits will be open to the public. We welcome everyone interested in science and technology at 4 Brovki Street, 2nd Floor (Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, BSUIR).
This year, Belarusian students will compete in the following categories:
- Computer Science;
- Mathematical Sciences;
- Engineering and Robotics;
- Environmental Sciences.

BelSEF has been conducted in Belarus since 2013 and is the largest national science and engineering contest. Each year, BelSEF winners represent Belarus in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in the USA.
BelSEF is organized by the Hi-Tech Park and the Minsk Region Institute for Education Development with the support of the Minsk Region Executive Committee, and Intel.
