In 2010 the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP®) has for the fourth year in a row ranked HTP resident companies EPAM Systems and ITransition among the world’s top outsourcing service providers within The 2010 Global Outsourcing 100 annual listing.

The Global Outsourcing 100 is an annual ranking of the world’s best outsourcing service providers, it includes service providers and advisory companies from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing services — not just information technology and business process outsourcing, but also facility services, real estate and capital asset management, manufacturing and logistics. This year the companies were assessed according to four critical characteristics: size and growth rates; customer references; competence; and management capabilities.

The Global Outsourcing 100 is provided by The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), which is a global, standard-setting organization and advocate for the outsourcing profession. As the outsourcing industry matures IAOP’s Global Outsourcing 100 goes along too and gains confidence with different sorts of businesses that seek reliable partners.

Michael Corbett, IAOP Chairman and the head of the judges’ panel, stated during the opening ceremony of IAOP’s annual conference, The 2010 Outsourcing World Summit, on February 15, 2010:

The Global Outsourcing 100 list helps companies easily identify those partners that will help them emerge as leaders.” He also noticed that the Global Outsourcing 100 selects only those outsourcing companies which performance satisfies high standards set by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.
