OJSC “Priorbank” proposes special conditions of housing loans for the employees of EPAM Systems.

OJSC “Priorbank” and EPAM Systems announced about launching a programme of mortgage credit lending which is unique for Belarus. The programme starts in June, 2007. According to the programme, the employees of EPAM Systems, working in Belarusian offices of the company have the possibility of getting housing loans for building or purchasing housing enjoying special conditions.

The special conditions of the programme presuppose a possibility of loans for a term of up to 10 years in USD at an annual fixed interest rate of 10 per cent. Besides, the amount of the loan may vary from 20 to 70 thousand USD depending on the solvency of the credit borrower and the amount of security provided by EPAM Systems.
