On May 25, 2007 the Hi Tech Park Administration in cooperation with the patent services unitary enterprise “Belpatentservice” of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a workshop devoted to the issues of depositing and licensing of software applications for the residents of the Hi Tech Park and for the members of the scientific and technological association Infopark.

The participants of the workshop got acquainted with the possibilities of ensuring formal proofs that the author or the copyright holder does have copyright for the developed software products. Representatives of “Belpatentservice” also highlighted the aims of identification and depositing of software applications and dwelled on the procedure of depositing.
