The members of the Expert Council are the leading scientists and experts of scientific, research-and-design organizations, higher educational institutions having professional knowledge and experience in the field of science, engineering and in other spheres according to the activity of Hi Tech Park.

The Chairman of the Expert Council is Alexander Kurbatsky, a manager of the faculty of programming technology of the faculty of applied mathematics and computer science of the Byelorussian State University, doctor of engineering science, professor.
